Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Production Times
The total time before shipment is divided into two parts:

* Processing time: 1 to 3 business days for order verification and transmission to our partners Printify.

* Production time: Manufacturing your item typically takes between 2 and 7 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on the product ordered and the current order volume of Printify's suppliers.

2. Shipping and Delivery Times
Once your order is produced, it is shipped. Delivery times depend on your address and the carrier chosen by Printify.

* Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days

* International delivery: 5 to 15 business days

Please note that total lead times (production + delivery) may be exceptionally longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number will also be accessible directly from your account on our Shopify store, allowing you to track your order's progress in real time.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. They vary depending on the weight of your order, its destination, and the shipping method chosen. The rates applied are based on the options offered by suppliers through the Printify platform.
